this uncontrolled violence
diminishes humanity
love has been crushed
joy extinguished
terror seeps into the soul
Desire degrading, destroying, denying
Fermenting pain
weeping of the mind
An endless cycle
ever darkening
ever tightening
vicious grip
Despairing. Lost. Empty.
Humanity eliminated.
